The Woodturning app offers a variety of options for users. Paid app downloads include the choice of one issue, while free app downloads do not include a complimentary issue unless otherwise specified. Users can also enjoy the convenience of purchasing the current issue or back issues directly within the app.

Subscriptions are available through the app as well. A subscription begins with the latest regular issue available at the time of purchase.

It is important to note that subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal charge will occur within 24 hours of the period's end, at the current subscription rate for the product's duration. Although users can disable auto-renewal through their Account Settings, cancelling an active subscription during its period is not allowed.

Upon confirming a purchase, payment will be charged to the user's iTunes account. Additionally, if there is any remaining unused portion from a free trial offer when purchasing a subscription, it will be forfeited. Users have the option to cancel a subscription during its free trial period via their iTunes account subscription settings. To avoid being charged, this must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.

Within the app, users can register for or log in to their pocketmags account. This ensures their issues remain secure even if their device is lost and allows access to purchases across multiple platforms. Existing pocketmags users can easily retrieve their purchases by logging into their account.

For optimal performance, we recommend loading the app for the first time in a Wi-Fi area to ensure all issue data is properly retrieved. If the app fails to load beyond the splash page following the initial installation or an update, we suggest deleting and reinstalling the app from the App Store.
